Main Responsibilities

• To provide the organisation with a robust process for the continuous target setting, development and monitoring of apprenticeship delivery

The Key Performance Indicators for this role are:

• To manage the achievement of frameworks within funded timescales
• Compliance of organisational/NES/SDS and Awarding Body requirements and processes across sites and assessors
• To manage, set and monitor individuals and site targets
• To manage the day to day activities of the assessment team
• To coordinate the delivery of vocational qualifications across sites

Must have the A1 or D32/D33 Award

Ideally V1 or D34 qualified as well
