We are a creative services agency based in the middle of Birmingham, working with clients ranging from The Open University to BMW. We pride ourselves on the high level of expert work we produce for our clients who we’ve built relationships with that have spanned decades. Not unsurprisingly, we are looking at expanding our wealth of expertise even further into the digital arena, and to this end are now recruiting a Senior UI Designer.

You
The successful Senior UI Designer candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives on creating design flows, which are simply pleasurable to use. You will be expected to:

• Maintain, evolve and advance the department’s creative standards
• Work closely with the digital team to create and deliver work according to the brief and the client’s objectives
• Set design direction and develop front-end solutions from concept to finished design
• Resolve design, UI, and navigational issues that may arise during design, development and integration of digital projects
• Inspire, guide and assist other team members
• Work closely with other department members and account handlers to ensure a project is delivered to the highest standard

As a key member of the digital department, the Senior UI Designer will be extremely motivated in striving towards achieving the best for our clients. You will by no means be a passive thinker – we encourage ideas that make a difference. With this in mind, R&D is of the utmost importance, and we will therefore provide you with a budget to reflect this.
