The Client- Our client is a rapidly expanding private mental healthcare services provider, specialising rehabilitation and step down services to support individuals with mental illness; including complex needs, challenging behaviours, learning disability and neurodegenerative disorders. This is an exciting opportunity within a progressive and rapidly expanding organisation.

Package- Basic salary up to £30,000

Location- Birmingham

The Opportunity:
Due to expansion and growth in the private mental health rehabilitation marketplace, our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, located in Birmingham area. The role will report into the Clinical Director.

Due to the progressive environment within the company, the role will require a forward thinking individual who has a strong clinical understanding of the environment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly self-motivated and determined individual, looking to further develop a successful career, within a unique business area.

Our client`s service will help to meet growing national needs and address the important issues relating to inappropriate extended placements in secure or other inpatient environments. In particular, the service recognises the complex nature of challenging behaviours, the need for 24 hour care, support and the requirement for an experienced clinical team to manage care for patients with mental illnesses. They offer highly individualised and tailored care packages for service users with individual needs and requirements, following a detailed assessment criteria.

Candidate Background and Competencies Required:
High levels of motivation
High integrity
Self-drive and determination
Intelligent and able to keep abreast of changes to the marketplace / threats and opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Highly professional approach
IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Office packages and similar
