Excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Housing Maintenance Surveyor to take on this interesting and challenging role in Birmingham!

We are ideally looking for a candidate that is from a technical background, with a minimum of a HNC in Building / Maintenance or equivalent qualification. You will have excellent experience working within the Social Housing sector and have experience of planned, programmed, reactive, voids and stock condition survyes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also have excellent knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to construction and maintenance of social housing, knowledge and experience  best practice with regards to asbestos and legionella, and a general understanding of legislation relating to health and safety.

This is a temporary to permanent role - you will be working as an agency temp worker for the first 12 weeks and following a review if you are successful, you will be given a permanent contract. Please do not apply if you are not willing to complete the temporary assignment period.
