Automotive Fleet Sales Administrator required in Birmingham.

Our Client, in the Birmingham area, is currently looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Administrator to work in their busy Sales department. As an experienced Automotive Fleet Sales Administrator you will have experience in

- Ordering all fleet vehicles - attention to detail is a must in pricing, correct specification and manufacturers fleet code

- Completing customers updates (Ebbon Dacs, 1 Link, Supply Trak, Excel.)

- Working with Kerridge.

- Daily update to customers of reg marks and vin information

- Updating fleet team and customers with details of new vehicles that have arrived in to prep centre

- Daily customer chasing of vehicles in stock but not yet booked for delivery

- Completing delivery request forms accurately once customer has confirmed a vehicle for delivery

My Client is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator within the Automotive industry and as such you must have previous Fleet experience.

You will ideally live within the Birmingham area or be able to travel to the Sutton Coldfield area and not only be an experienced Automotive Fleet Sales Administrator but also be used to and experienced in working in a Fleet Sales environment.
