P&K recruitment Birmingham has been formed by a collaboration of Education Recruitment Specialists with over fifteen years experience of placing good, quality teaching staff within schools in and around the West Midlands.

We believe that our experience of working in large and small Supply Teaching Agencies has offered an insight into how to successfully keep our schools and our teaching staff happy. We offer a bespoke service and pride ourselves on our listening skills and ability to offer individual solutions.

We pay our Teachers to the Main National Pay Scale whilst still keeping our daily charge rates reasonable to Schools. Unlike larger agencies we are not profit driven we define success on the knowledge that the teachers we supply are doing the best job for our schools.

For our schools we can confirm all of our registered staff are comprehensively pre-qualified, extensively face to face interviewed, Medical/ Identification/ Qualification checked, List99 cleared, CRB cleared and fully written referenced prior to being placed within a school all in line with the DfES Quality Mark for Supply Teaching Agencies.

We are able to cover emergency, day to day, short-term, long-term and permanent placements. We place Qualified Teachers, Experienced Instructors, Cover Supervisors, Exam Invigilators, NNEBs, School Support Staff, Teaching Assistants, Technicians and Administrative Staff within Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools. For our registered staff we can confirm that you will receive a friendly, but professional service tailored to finding you the job that you want. We will take time to listen to all of your requirements and match you effectively to the position that suits your experience, skills and location. Our dedicated, local West Midlands office currently works with schools in the following Local Education Authorities: Birmingham, Worcestershire, Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Telford and Shropshire. We have many schools using us as their sole supplier of cover staff and we are regularly praised on our efficiency and above all our honesty.
