Sense is the leading organisation in the UK supporting people with sensory impairments and additional learning disabilities and has a worldwide reputation for its expertise in working with deafblind people.
We also work with people with single sensory impairments and a wide range of other difficulties - including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour
Sense offers a number of services including

Sense is split into 4 Regions – Sense West, Sense East, Sense South-East, and Sense North.
Sense North currently operates 3 Residential Homes in Leeds, 1 in Accrington, a home in Rotherham and 6 supported living schemes in Newcastle as well as 2 Resource Centres located in Wakefield and Rotherham. We also have 3 education focused schemes in Manchester and a large number of Communicator Guide / Intervenor Services throughout the entire region.
