Ideally, applicants will have B2B telephone sales experience, although full training is given to exceptional applicants, who are used to working to revenue targets, are self motivated and enjoy outbound calling. You must also possess good organisational skills, have a competitive nature and a desire to thrive in a true sales environment. Your aim is to sell advertising, communication skills at director level are therefore essential, together with excellent powers of persuasion and the ability to objection handle. Our top earner earns in excess of £100k a year.
