A Dutch speaking accounts payable analyst urgently required to join a large and expanding automotive company in Coventry.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
*Porcessing invoices and dealing with the reconciliation of invoices.
*Ensuring efficient administration of all financial operations.
*Liaising with internal and external departments to resolve payments of outstanding supplier invoices.
*Ensuring that all data input is accurate and current.
*Applying payments to the purchase ledger, ensuring that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
*Carrying out ad hoc duties as required
You will be well organised with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, the successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative. Excellent, proven communication skills are essential to successfully build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
