We currently have a vacancy available within a highly reputable Birmingham-based company for a Facilities Co-ordinator, involving providing a range of administrative support services to the Office Manager.
This busy and involved position will require you to take on a variety of responsibilities, including liaising with contractors and suppliers, maintaining supplies of office equipment, assisting with Health & Safety procedures and helping to arrange key events.
Our client is seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to function well in a team environment. You should have strong IT skills, and a previous background in a similar role.
