Do you have previous experience of working within a HR environment?
We are looking for individuals to become the first point of contact for all HR enquiries and to provide a customer focused service across the business. Successful candidates will be skilled in providing advice on all aspects of human resources including benefits and grievance procedures. You will be very good at communicating on all levels and be understanding to peoples needs and requirements, level headed and calm in all situations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join this Financial Services organisation based in the Birmingham City Centre. Candidates with a financial background would be preferred, however this is not essential.
