One of our clients, an innovative company based North of Birmingham, currently has a vacancy available for a Team Assistant to provide a variety of services to the company, including general administration, providing support for new business, arranging meetings and co-ordinating events.
We are ideally seeking an individual with past team administration and event co-ordination experience within a corporate environment, with strong diary management and IT skills.You should be highly organised, enthusiastic and able to manage a busy workload.
Your duties will include providing administrative support during the new business process, booking and setting up meeting rooms, dealing with staff timesheets and arranging client and company events.
