We have an excellent opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join this fun and friendly team based within the Worcester Area to cover a maternity contract.
Successful candidates will have worked within a secretarial or administrative environment and have exceptional organisation skills. Customer care is of high importance to this organisation, so attention to detail is key to this role. You will be a keen team player and have a good sense of humour!
Your main responsibilities will include dealing with inbound and outbound post, replying to any correspondence, keeping database updated accurately, dealing with any enquiries or quotations and the organisation of meetings and accommodation.
The role of the Team Coordinator requires a good understanding of the Microsoft Office packages, strong typing skills and knowledge of the Act Database would be an advantage however this is not essential.
