Fantastic temp-to-perm opportunities for customer service advisors in central Birmingham.

Working within the Financial Services you will be responsible for inbound enquiries from customers, offering best practice and exceptional product knowledge.

Ideally candidates will have a knowledge of the banking sector and will possess strong oral communication/customer service skills. My client will also consider any candidates with a retail background looking for a career change.

Full training and on-going coaching is provided. Rate of pay is £6.25 per hour.

Various shifts available between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday's (1 in 4). Candidates must pass a credit check.
