Excellent opportunities for temp-to-perm inbound customer service advisors in South Birmingham with an immediate start.
My client is a market leader within the financial industry and requires candidates that are 100% customer focused. Attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential as candidates will be dealing with enquiries from existing shareholders.
Ideally candidates will have a knowledge of the banking sector and will possess strong oral communication/customer service skills. My client will also consider any candidates with a retail background looking for a career change.
Full training and on-going coaching is provided.
Hours of work are between Monday-Friday (8am-6pm). Rate of pay is £6.75 per hour. Length of contract is 8-12 weeks with permanent opportunities available for top performers. Successful candidates must pass a credit check and provide two years of references.
