Reporting to the Field Sales Manager this is a home based role serving the high SME / low MME markets across all SIC sectors but principally manufacturing, plant hire, construction and engineering. Not Print or Commercial Vehicles as these sectors are served by alternative delivery channels.
Product suite comprises Instalment Credit, Tax and Non-tax based Leasing and Loan. Role is paired with a Birmingham based Sales Executive with mutual targets (c£20m-£30m p.a.) and KPIs comprising Income, Fees, Margin and a spread of cross sales initiatives.
An understanding of financials and principles of underwriting are a pre-requisite of the role as are self motivation, product knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Remuneration: £35k-£40k basic with an additional 20% o.t.e. and an uncapped escalator thereafter. Job need car, contributory pension scheme and generic Banking benefits.
