A fantastic opportunity has arisen working with one of the largest heat induction companies in the UK. They are currently looking to employ a Technical Sales Person. The right candidate will have experience and knowledge of the range of induction processes and associated equipment for the UK.
The role involves;
Constructing visit plans
Arranging visits
Completion of visit reports detailing Customer and Company information
Upkeep of the Companies CRM database
Supporting the Sales requirements of the Company, alongside the other Technical Salesperson.
The job is based from our UK Service Centre in Birmingham and the majority of working time will be spent travelling to customer sites, maintaining and building relationships in the UK and Ireland.
The position reports to the Director of Operations.
Willingness to spend time away from home is critical. Visit durations can vary from 1 day to occasionally a week.
Standard weekly hours are 40, however it is likely that some travel is done out of normal working hours.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Induction Heating Industry with product and process knowledge, displaying a professional attitude and image to the Customer for the Company.
Essential Requirements:
• Ability to read specifications and drawings
• Understanding of the induction heating process.
• Ability to work alone.
• Comfortable with meeting a wide range of people
• Computer literacy (report writing, email, presentation of data, etc)
• Clean UK driving licence
• Good health and mobility (not all work is at ground level and may have restricted access)
• Understanding of and rigid adherence to health and safety policies and safe working practices.
