    Inbound Customer Service Advisors Wanted!!!!

    Can you build rapport quickly? Do you want a career in Customer Services?

    Fantastic temporary full-time and part-time Customer Services opportunities in Worcester area for an immediate start!! Permanent roles available for top performers!!

    My client is one of the Europe’s leading domestic and commercial heating companies and requires committed and enthusiastic candidates to join their expanding Customer Services team.

    Ideally candidates will have had a proven track record within either a sales, retail or customer service background and possess exceptional communication skills. Full training and on-going coaching is provided. Successful candidates must pass a credit check. Candidates must have GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)

    Hours of work are 37.5 (Full-time) and 25 (Part-time) each week. Shifts are between 8am-10pm (Monday – Friday). Rate of pay is £6.00 per hour (overtime and additional weekend shifts are available). Successful candidates will receive a starting salary of £13,500 with additional bonuses, 33 days annual leave and free parking on-site.
