Collections Advisor - £14,000
My Client is a leading Financial Services organisation who due to extended growth and success, are looking to expand their Collections Team.
You will be responsible for chasing payments on overdue accounts, and liaising with third parties. You must deliver excellent customer service whilst having an empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
You will be flexible in your availability to work on a 3 week rota, comprising of 2 weeks Monday- Friday 8.00 – 4.00 and 1 week Monday – Friday 13.00 – 21.00, working alternate Saturdays 08.30 – 18.00 and Sundays 10.00 – 16.00.
