We are currently looking for excellent customer service advisors to join our team at the bank here in Birmingham City Centre.
You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels. You will have a natural flair for listening and be able to negotiate payment plans for customers whilst being sensitive to their circumstances. This is a challenging environment with realistic targets, therefore resilience and the need to reach your team goals is essential.
The contact centre is open between 8am & 9pm Monday to Friday, Also open Saturday between 8.30am & 6pm, Sunday 10am & 4pm. You must be flexible to work either 37.5 hours or 20 hours part-time covering the opening hours of the Bank.
