My Client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator / PA to work in our very busy offices based in Milton Keynes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing, constructing and maintaining databases, acting as a primary point of contact for all requests for information and produce reports and analyse data.
This will include producing invitation lists for special events. Other duties will include liaising with the Technical Teams to ensure the database is developed and designed in line with my Clients requirements.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience constructing databases, will have good influencing skills, show attention to detail and be passionate about delivering high levels of customer service.
It is essential to be at an advanced level of MS Access and Intermediate Level at MS Excel in order to apply for this role.
We are offering an excellent basic salary between £18 - £20,000 p.a. plus company benefits, excellent working environment and a great career opportunity.
