    A large financial organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for Customer Services Co-ordinators to join their team.

    You will be required to handle incoming calls with a focus on building and maintaining customer relations, as well as identifying sales opportunities.

    The role requires you to:
    · Deal with issues and queries from potential and existing customers, on products and services.
    · Take ownership of every call, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer is aware of what is happening next.
    · Liaise with various departments to ensure that information is obtained in relation to all policy/processing issues.

    You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work load. Knowledge of the financial services industry is essential for the role, as it the ability to engage in detailed discussions about the products offered.

    This is a fixed term contract (until December 2008)
