Looking for an experienced sales candidate to work within a busy but friendly sales environment.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9-6 and it is based in Witton, Birmingham.
You will be required to lead, focus and motivate the team in the management of quotations, enquires and development of the networking product portfolio in order to achieve the sales targets set out by the company. Your team will be expected to maximise every opportunity and proactively seek new opportunities.
You and your team will be working to strict targets and you will be responsible for providing regular updates to the sales manager.
All team members must demonstrate on a weekly basis the level of activity they have made to generate new business, e.g. calls/customers contacted/spend v accounts as well as activity within key accounts In conjunction with the Internal Sales Manager ensure that each team member as a Training Development Plan covering a rolling six month period.
Candidates must have a sales background and team leader/supervisor experience.
Ideally candidates will be from an IT or cabling background.
