    We are currently recruiting for a Service Charge Accountant to join a team that currently manage a UK wide portfolio of properties covering all market sectors.

    Key responsibilities:-
    Service charge reconciliations within 3 months of year end.
    Budget implementations in conjunction with property managers
    Service charge cash flow management in conjunction with property managers
    Providing direct support to a group of property managers
    Set up & implementation of new properties, handover & completion of sold properties.
    Ad hoc responsibilities - data maintenance for service charges, raising service charge demands. Input service charge information.

    Successful candidates will have experience of property management and will be part qualified CIMA or studying A.A.T.
    All candidates applying for this role with need to have experience with standard office applications a positive attitude with a high degree of self-motivation. The ability to work to strict reporting deadlines show high levels of attention to detail, and ability to work as a team will be an advantage.
