A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a fast growing, dynamic and quality driven organisation based in Lichfield for a Telesales Executive role.
This exciting organisation has over 24 years experience within its field and has long established relationships with many public and private sector organisations. It boasts a large team dedicated and committed to providing a world class customer service with all its employees taking a hands on approach to building and developing the product and service to organisations within the UK.
The role of telesales executive will require the successful candidate to actively promote and generate sales over the telephone. The candidate will be required to meet and exceed targets set as an individual, team and department on a weekly/monthly basis. There will also be an element of lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well organised and experience within a lively telesales environment. They will thrive on team working, have a results driven approach with the ability to demonstrate drive and commitment.
YOU MUST HAVE PROVEN TELESALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
The basic salary for this role is between £14,000 and £16,000 per annum depending on experience with uncapped commission with an ote of £20,000 - £22,000 if targets are met. In addition to the appropriate salary, benefits include; pension scheme, staff discounts, free employee assistance programme and up to 25 days annual leave.
