Full Description:
This client was established in 1931 and became a leading interior fit out contractor specialising in the retail sector. In 2006 this client was acquired by a group with a turn over in this country of some £800 million. The parent company is one of the world’s largest in construction and associated services.
This client have recently merged with another organisation to form an Interiors company that now has expertise in both the retail and commercial sectors with a turnover of some £55 million. It is the intention to grow the company to around the £100 million mark in the next 3-4 years.
They have offices in Birmingham and in London and it is the intention to have an Interiors Estimator operating from Birmingham. The Birmingham position will concentrate primarily on the Retail/Leisure market but also be aware of possible commercial opportunities.
To this end the BID Manager will be backed up by a technical team & estimating manager based in Birmingham who will co-ordinate in house graphics for pre-quals, presentations, tender submissions etc together with market intelligence, telesales and appointment making as applicable.
The BID Manager post in Birmingham requires a highly motivated and energetic individual with the ability to coordinate interior projects.
