client a Leading high street bank is looking to appoint 7 Direct Mortgage Consultants in Birmingham.

Taking incoming calls from existing customers
Assisting customers with general queries and concerns
Advising customers on financial solutions
Updating customer accounts
Conducting financial review
Cross-selling additional banking products and services
Working towards sales target


Requirements
Muct have sales or banking or financial services experience
Must be able to pass a credit search (have no ccjs or defaults)
Must be able to pass referencing (have no disciplinary or dismals’)
Be able to communicate clearly
