Qualified Social Worker required for a Children's Disability team, 3-month initial contract Applicant will be required to complete assessments, write reports and attend court, as required. You will develop packages of care to support families and young people. Duties will include incorporating assessments into care plans, managing a caseload, maintaining accurate records of interventions including observations, completion of statutory forms and the provision of advice and assistance and written assessments for court proceedings.
To work with the challenges and opportunities presented by the Change Agenda with the aim to improving outcomes for children and young people.
