| Can you sell this Jobsite!! This is an extremely exciting role for an ambitious sales person. We offer fantastic career prospects and a fast track into field sales and/or Area Sales Management. The position itself involves selling our range of on line recruitment packages to corporate organisations over the telephone and arranging appointments for senior account managers; assisting them on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for researching your own leads and managing your own time. As you develop within the role you will manage the accounts that you win, account management will become a key part of your role. You will be speaking to corporate clients so you must be an excellent communicator at all levels and be resourceful enough to multi task as this is a very varied role and requires someone who can 'think on their feet'. You must be extremely well presented as you will be groomed for a customer facing role, so immaculate presentation is a must. Salary includes a basic of up to £19k with an unlimited bonus structure that has no ceiling. Historically, over 90% of our current sales team have achieved their full bonus at all levels. We also offer dedicated support and training from the outset, from your initial induction to ongoing personal development, medical cover and pension contributions. You will be able to demonstrate a successful telesales or outbound call centre experience and enjoy the buzz of selling.
