| Our client requires experienced qualified social worker to work as a family court advisor. The ideal candidate must have 2 years post qualified experience and a good knoweldge of court work, and private law. The Qualified Social Worker or Family Court Worker will be required to assess and provide advice and written reports to the Court on the needs and best interests of children involved in Family Proceedings, ensure the appointment and instruction of legal representation for the child Capita Social Care and Housing is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. |
