Our client is a financial servicves company looking to recruit a call coach to work within the heart of a customer service contact centre.
You will be working within the teams and with the Team Managers to monitor the quality, provide training and feedback on customer service calls. You will be putting together plans and offering advice on how to drive and improve performance and consistantly exceed customer expectations.
Applicants must have call coaching experience within a contact centre environment.
