Graduate Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

This is an entry-level trainee position into recruitment. Recruitment is a growing industry in the UK and TeacherActive are one of the leading players in the Midlands in our specialism. You will be trained on every aspect of the role but would need to a dynamic, self-starter type of personality. Intelligence is essential and strong communication skills are at the heart of being a good recruiter. The discipline of your degree itself is not necessarily important.

Ideally: background to include some sales

Essential: excellent phone manner, intelligent, charismatic, persuasive, self-starter, money-hungry, driven, strong communication skills, strong inter-personal skills, works well under pressure

£35k is the expected earnings for the first year and consultants should be looking at £50k in their second year. Superb ongoing training from day one and throughout your career.
