Working 37.5 hours per week, however must be flexible with start and finish times as the offices are open 8am to 8pm and this may increase to 12pm midnight in the future, so sometimes will start late and work until 8pm, you only work 37.5 hours per week however the role does involve working some weekends Saturdays and some Sundays with time off in the week, so flexibility is required

Managing Customer Services Agents within a busy call centre department
The team take inbound calls for a sports channel and handle various queries
The team to do a small percentage of outbound calls
Listening into calls and monitoring performance
Producing reports for the call Centre Manager on times spent on each call, making sure the team are hitting their targets
Identifying training needs and training staff on how to handle customers or booking them in for training with the companies Trainer
Must have worked in a call centre managing an inbound or outbound team
