| Outreach Worker Coventry 18K-20K Monday to Friday Effectively engage within communities, delivery of Individual Advice and Guidance, Basic Skills Assessments, Initial Assessments and Individual Learning Plans . Achieve personal monthly targets for starts, initial assessments, individual advice and guidance and individual learning plans , assessing clients experience skills and career aspirations, carry out in-depth confidential one to one interviews, to provide advice & guidance to direct clients into training or employment, liaise with external agencies regarding training referrals, to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and within timescales Deliver an individually tailored programme of support to address learners individual needs, contribute to the development and use of high quality resource material Report weekly statistics information to the Community Outreach Officer, Liaise effectively with other Departments Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings Gain feedback from learners via set evaluations, provide cover for other Departments Complete any other reasonable/appropriate duties as set by the Community Outreach Officer Must have Level 3 Advice and Guidance |
