    HR Officer
    £18K to £20K dependent upon experience
    Birmingham City Centre
    Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm must be flexible

    The company is flexible if experienced as a HR Officer/Administrator

    Must be hands on as the role involves doing all own administration and filing until the department grows and other staff are taken on
    To compile, implement and monitor and run Human Resources Strategy and function on a daily basis
    Guiding management on specific disciplinary, redundancy, grievance, ill health and employee relations issues in accordance with company legislation
    Liaising with Agencies
    Conducting interviewing for all levels off staff
    Producing job descriptions
    Issuing contracts off employment
    Implementing effective reward pay and grading systems
    Must have relevant experience within a generalist HR role
    Working towards or CIPD qualified
