| Director of Quality Birmingham City Centre £40K to £45K To lead, promote and develop quality and financial assurance and ensure the ongoing improvement across the organisation To ensure the ongoing development of the companies Quality Cycle and to ensure monitoring incorporates all aspects of internal and external quality standards and kite marks To ensure all Managers and Directors agree and undertake specific activities that contribute to the development of quality systems in accordance with the companies quality cycle To actively work towards the improvement of OFSTED grades (grade 2 minimum) Production of the annual self-assessment report involving all levels of staff To research continuous improvement strategies including quality rewards To attend relevant external events and ensure the effective management of change to incorporate best practice To manage internal verification and awarding bodies Must have working knowledge of OFSTED, IIP and Matrix Leadership experience Knowledge of Government Funded Programmes Management Level 4 or equivalent qualifications |
