| Customer Services/Rental Agent - Birmingham This well-established car rental company with a 20 million pound turnover now has the opportunity for a Customer Services/Rental Agent to join the team covering Birmingham with occasional cover at the Walsall Branch. Taking Purchase Order numbers from the clients and inputting onto the system, calling clients back with quotations, full training given on the systems, making sure the Driver knows where to deliver some vehicles. Taking calls from new clients and giving quotations When a new client calls in asking for a quote to ask them questions such as have you used a vehicle hire company before, how often, giving them the quotes and see if they would like to book a vehicle and handling any objections, training is given and incentives are offered for converting the leads into sales Dealing with clients face to face on the Rental Desk, taking Driving License details, making sure they sign up for the insurance and taking credit card/cash payments for the deposits. Going into the Yard to make sure no scratches, etc on the vehicles and getting the client to sign and then checking when the vehicle comes back and making sure no marks on the vehicle and come back with a full tank of petrol. The suitable Customer Services/Rental Assistant must be computer literate, customer services skills, able to work in a small team environment, someone hands on and a team player, able to work in a fast paced/busy environment and have some office experience In return you will receive a salary of £19,071 and there is Free Parking available. The hours are 45 hours per week Monday to Friday with the occassional sat morning – flexible shift system |
