| Case Worker Birmingham x1, and Dudley/Sandwell x 1 £18K to £22K Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 1 hour lunch (flexibility is required) To provide a comprehensive and consistent support to the learner throughout their journey including:- Effectively engage with communities through outreach projects Delivery of individual Advice and Guidance, Basic Skills Assessments, Initial Assessments and Individual Learning Plans Build strong relationships with communities Delivery of individually tailored coaching and support Assessing clients experience skills and career aspirations Carry out in-depth confidential one to one interviews Provide advice/guidance to direct clients into training and employment Liaise with Jobcentre Plus Advisors To provide post programme support for 52 works Report weekly statistics information to the Community Outreach Officer Must have level 3 qualification in Advice and Guidance Computer literate Ability to relate to learners of differing background and build confidence and self-esteem |
