| One of Birmingham's leading law firms currently has a vacancy available for a enthusiastic, flexible individual to provide a switchboard service on a shift basis (either between 11am - 7pm or 2pm - 10pm). Your duties within this position will be managing a busy switchboard by acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls, passing on messages and logging calls, and updating directory. We are seeking individuals who have strong experience working in a similar role within an extremely professional, corporate environment. You should have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using standard IT packages.
