Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team located at the Birmingham Business Park, near Coleshill.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the following;
Maintaining best practices within the Accounts Payable department.
Maintaining accounts payable systems, records and files.
Maintaining excellent external vendor and internal relations through prompt response to inquiries.
Conducting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prioritising the workload and clearly communicating problem areas before they escalate.
Excellent advanced Excel skills are required.
This is a hands-on role and requires the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. Personal effectiveness through time management and prioritisation skills is extremely important with strict deadlines to be met.
