The Temporary Finance Team has been operational in the West Midlands market for approximately 18 years. In this time the team has built a very strong reputation in the market for its ability to deliver first class service to both its clients and candidates.
We have a customer base that is diverse across all commercial (private) sectors and industries and have key relationships and preferred supplier status with a number of the Midlands key clients.
We have a very strong and stable team with culture focused on high performance.
Person Profile and competencies:
The role is for a consultant to specialise in temporary transactional recruitment on the Birmingham team. This will mean you will deal with candidates from clerk level up to transactional managers.
The role requires a bright, confident graduate-educated candidate with very high energy levels, strong resilience and organisational skills.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to work to (and exceed) targets and to respond well to positive pressure. A proven history of over coming obstacles and bouncing back from rejection will be key to your success.
You will be driven to make your own business and that of the team more successful, and be proactive in formulating and implementing ideas to achieve this.
Essential skill set priority:
1. Experience of working within a target driven environment.
2. Evidence that you can work in high volume/pressure environments.
3. Evidence on the CV that you can deliver outstanding results.
4. Graduate (ideally with a 2.1 or above).
Desirable Skills:
1. Previous recruitment industry experience (ideally within finance)
2. Any previous high volume telephone or sales experience
3. Evidence of achievements beyond the norm
