| This newly created post provides a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Officer. You will be working in a stand alone capacity so you will need to be confident in your ability and able to prioritise in a fast moving work environment. The role is generalist and offers a lot of variety. Responsibilities will include inductions, contributing to HR projects, organising training courses, supporting the appraisal and PDP process and involving the board on any legal legislation changes. This is very much a hands on role involving day to day record maintenance through to supporting managers with advice and strategy. You will be passionate about your job and about delivering a good service to the company. You will be self motivated, a good relationship builder and willing to go that extra mile when necessary.
