Have you got previous experience of dealing with escalated complaints and managing a team of staff??

A perfect opportunity has arisen to join a professional, well known company in Birmingham City Centre.

Duties will include managing a small team of staff, dealing with customer complaints via telepjone, letter and email and general management duties including completing staff appraisals, recruitment of staff and performance related meetings on behalf of the team

Friendly, modern office environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous Team Management experience and proven experience when dealing with customer complaints

£24k basic with fantastic benefits including 30 days holiday
