| Looking for an experienced Shift Packaging Manager to work in a busy but friendly environment. You will be required to work on a 6am- 2pm/ 2pm-10pm-shift rota basis and will be responsible for around 40 employees. You will have full operating responsibility for the companies production packaging, Ensuring the packaging schedule is attained, maximum utilisation of all plant & personnel and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping at all times. You will also be required to monitor product & packaging losses ensuring losses are kept within set guidelines. It will also be your responsibility to plan weekly production schedules ensuring all packaging materials are ordered, liaise with all suppliers and third party companies, ensure production teams utilise all available machine running times.
