| My Client a Leading bank is looking to appoint 12 Telephone Advisors in Birmingham city centre Your duties will include: Taking incoming calls from existing customers Dealing with general queries and concerns around their accounts Processing transactions over the telephone Updating their accounts Understanding their needs Obtaining referrals for the sales team Providing an excellent customer service Requirements Must be able to pass a credit search (have no ccjs or defaults) Must be able to pass referencing (have no disciplinary or dismals’) Be able to communicate clearly Benefits Full training provided 15% pension scheme 10% profit share |
