| Leading Art Gallery £20,000 - £22,000 basic plus commission Our client is the UK’s leading international publisher and distributor of original paintings and collectable limited editions. They work in partnership with many of the best contemporary artists from around the world. An opportunity has arisen for a deputy sales manager to join this successful internal sales team. As a Deputy Sales Manager you will be second in command to the sales manager, and deputise in her absence, ensure that the team sales targets are hit and overachieved by effective management of internal sales team when sales manager is not present and ensure that the internal sales team liaise effectively with the field sales team to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for their clients and budgets are achieved when sales manager is not present. To be considered for this role you must possess experience supervising an internal sales team including all elements from the job specification above and have a proven track record in achieving sales team budgets by effective management is desirable You must be IT literate and have experience specifically in telesales.
