| A well respected company based north of Birmingham currently has a vacancy available for a Customer Account Manager to join a driven and highly motivated team. This role involves managing and delivering a high quality of service to clients which include high profile businesses located across the UK. Within this position, you will be expected to manage day to day telecoms faults to the Service Level Agreements stated by the client to their customers, completing all necessary paperwork related to the fault, and maintaining accurate Client records. You should be of graduate calibre and have a natural flair for analysing figures, while being able to multi-task effectively. You should strive to 'go the extra mile' in every aspect of the job, and be able to use all standard Office IT packages to a confident level.
