Full Description:
Our Client, a market leader in their industry is seeking an Experienced HR Officer to take on a 5 month contract. This role will play an integral part within a busy HR team and you will responsible for the following:


*To provide frontline advise on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff

*Develop and maintain the recruitment policy including the maintenance of preferred supplier agreements with recruitment providers and managing the contracts

*Manage all recruitment activity including advising managers on advertising and recruitment processes and managing the offer process

*Supporting line managers with staff issues such as terms and conditions of employment, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, training and development, redundancy, etc.

*Assisting with payroll and HR administration for the HR senior management

*Ensure that contracts, change letters, leavers, new starters, CRB checks and other letters and forms are completed within agreed timescales

*Ensure that the Group's Equal opportunities and Diversity policies are fully adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast paced HR role previously and ideally CIPD qualified although not essential.

You will also be self motivated, highly organised, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst holding high level of IT skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


This role is an excellent opportunity to work for a large multi site organisation. The role is for a fixed 5 month contract basis, with the possibility for further opportunities going forward.
