| Telesales Account Manager x 2 Birmingham £11K Basic OTE 16K Profit related bonus (Dependent on company target achievements) 21 days holiday increasing with 1 day every year upt o 25 days Discounts on products Stakeholder Pension Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch This is a very exciting opportunity to play a significant role in the development and management of wholesale sales & managing a portfolio of independent retail customers. The position is 100% telephone based (70% outbound & 30% inbound) and working as part of a team. Your duties will consist of: Achieving daily sales revenues with a portfolio of 150 independent retail customers, Executive effective sales promotions, campaigns and offers accross the account base optimum sales results. Maintain regular communication with all customers on a weekly basis, overcone sales/buying objections, deliver individual and team objectives. A proven track record in sales is not essential but desirable. Must have worked within a Sales or Customer Services. |
