| Sales Manager Wolverhampton £24K Ensure the efficient operation of the sales team - 6 staff who find work placements for learners Ensure the starts and jobs targets of each contract are achieved in line with contractual requirements and business objectives Generate new business to ensure the teams income generation targets are consistently achieved Ensure effective relationships with funding partners and other internal departments Set individual team member targets Monitor teams performance Maintain regular effective relationships with funding partners across all contracts to ensure contractual requirements are achieved i.e telephone contact, visits, etc Implement and conduct team quality audits to ensure processes and procedures are followed and contractual obligations are met Contribute to the maintenance of Quality Awards/Standards i.e ALI, IAG Must have a sales background or recruitment or worked in a similar role Leadership qualities Negotiation skills |
